At Growth for Change, we welcome partnerships with anyone who supports the well-being of families, individuals, young people, communities and organisations. Our work is rooted in compassion, trauma-informed practice, and the belief that every person’s needs matter. If you know someone who is struggling with communication, conflict, or connection, you are invited to refer them to us.

Who Can Refer Families or Young People?
We accept referrals from schools, councils, social care teams, youth services, GPs and health professionals, government bodies, charities, community organisations, and anyone working directly with families.
You don’t need to be part of an official service to reach out.
If you’re a neighbour, a friend, a mentor, or simply someone
who cares — you can refer a family or young person who needs support.

Workshops & Training for Any Group
We offer workshops, talks, and training sessions to any group or setting
that wants to strengthen communication and connection, including:

Support for Individuals & Families
Private individuals and families are always welcome to contact us directly. Whether you’re navigating conflict at home, communication challenges with your child, or a breakdown in a relationship, we’re here to help you build understanding, calm, and connection.

Fully Funded Programmes
When funding becomes available, we run free, fully funded programmes for specific groups — such as parents, young people, male and female groups, minorties and immigrants, lgbtq+, neurodivergent people, or communities experiencing high levels of conflict, isolation.

Conflict Resolution & Mediation
We provide warm, non-judgemental mediation for anyone experiencing conflict — families, teams, co-parents, school staff, community groups, or professionals.
Our approach focuses on helping everyone feel heard, understood, and safe enough to move towards shared solutions that honour each person’s needs.
For three sessions of 1hr and 1/2
Individual rates (If you are paying for the training from your own pocket)
