Here at Growth, we’re passionate about communication and building strong relationships. We use a trauma-informed approach called Connecting with Needs.
Connecting with Needs is a way of communicating that starts from the understanding that we all share universal
human needs and when those needs go unmet, it directly shapes how we behave, respond, and interact with others.
We help individuals recognise their needs before frustration turns into conflict.
We help families who are struggling to communicate with eachother.
We work with communities, groups, organisations and schools taking referrals and providing workshops teaching Connecting with Needs.
We teach practical tools to communicate with clarity and empathy.
We Create safe spaces where connection and understanding flourish.
We Integrate mindfulness techniques backed by 6000+ hours of meditation experience to help individuals develop emotional awareness and resilience.

We’re celebrating after being awarded funding for our 12‑week programme Men in Presence, designed to support men to reconnect with themselves, others, and their wider communities.
The programme offers a safe, supportive space for men – including single dads, non‑custodial fathers, men without partners or children, and those who feel isolated or overlooked – to explore what masculinity means to them in a healthier, more connected way. Through mindfulness practices, nature‑based activities, and facilitated group work, participants develop greater emotional awareness and confidence in expressing their feelings.
